How it started
Steve Jobs was the inventor and was the CEO of Apple Industries. Steve started his company in a garage with his friends. But before Steve got the magnificent idea, his friend Steve Wozniak made a PC (personal computer) that could connect to a TV. Woz (nickname) was not the kind of person who shares his thinking to the world, as he would just keep his ideas private. He would only share his ideas with close friends like Steve Jobs. Early Life
Steve Jobs was born on February 24, 1955 in San Francisco California. When Steve was born he was put up for adoption. His parents were Paul and Claire Jobs. Claire was an accountant and Paul worked as a mechanic and a carpenter. Steve went to Monta Loma Elementary school in Mountain View. In class Steve was always bored played a lot of pranks on others. The school wanted Steve to skip two grades but his parents only wanted him to skip one grade. Steve then went to Homestead High School in Cupertino California. In high school he was introduced to Steve Wozniak (Woz). One day Woz brought Steve to his house and introduced him to his PC which they called “cream soda”.
The Rest of the Story
Steve saw that Woz’s computer would be a money maker, so he convinced Woz to start a company with him called Apple Computers. In April 1976, Apple Computers were born. His friends helped them make computers until one day he made a deal with an investor, and he invested $250,000 in Apple. In October 2001, he created the iPod, which made him a multi-billionaire. He also created the Apple II, Macintosh, iMac, MacBook, iTunes, iPhone, and iPad. During 2003, Steve Jobs was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and died on October 5, 2011 when he was 56 years old.
