On most Friday’s of the school year, we have art and just this past Friday, we painted a picture with all of the secondary colors, primary colors and tertiary colors. I think that the art turned out really beautiful. Some of the people in my class did not finish the art but, I’m pretty sure that they are going to finish this week. Getting Started To begin, everyone in the class had black, white and the primary colors to mix together to make secondary and tertiary colors. Thinking of what to sketch Personally I love sunsets and beaches so I did a sunset on the beach. I like to paint themes but abstract is very addicting! We had to sketch a picture on a canvas and then we had to paint that canvas with the colors that we had made at the beginning of art class. |
Painting When we started to paint, I could see that some people were very focused and others not so much! Everyone in the class made sure that they included all of the colors expected. Final touches I had lots of fun painting but I also love the fact that we got to take it home and hang it on our walls as an awesome memory. I think that the class had a lot of fun just like I did! |

A bucket of water to wash off the old color of paint 6. A hard surface 7. Paper towels Rules: 1. Stay clean 2. Have fun! |
