This year in hockey, my coach has taught me about the importance of eating healthy. He told our team at the beginning of the year so then we had to stay fit and get ready for the next workout. I am supposed to drink chocolate milk after my hockey practices. I am also supposed to eat stuff like honey, rice, potatoes, bread, and other foods with lots of carbohydrates. Before hockey, I am supposed to eat things like fruit, beans, lentils, baked potatoes, corn, pancakes and waffles, and a lot more stuff. We are also supposed to drink 1 big cup of water before our hockey games to keep us hydrated.
